Energy Healing has been a life saver for me.

I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer that had gone to my bones and although I had been working with an acupuncturist, I was physically struggling to manage the oral chemo and pain associated with the disease. My acupuncturist suggested I talk to an energy healer and I was recommended to Rita Lampe.

I called Rita and we had an instant connection over the phone. She sent me some articles about energy healing and set up an in person session at her office.

We started doing work on my Triple Warmers and my Meridians and I noticed great changes. No more aches and pains when I got out of bed and off the couch. I had more energy and I was tolerating the medications much better. We still meet at least monthly and I look forward to these sessions, she is part yogi, meditation expert, therapist and overall energy healer. “

I have been in Rita Lampe’s grief group “Breath of Hope” for over 2 years now. I would highly recommend Rita as a therapist for several reasons. Rita facilitates our group with the utmost passion, empathy and respect. Her understanding of our grief is evident as she shares of her personal losses and why she felt the need to start a grief group having a good friend, a neighbor and several clients lose their sons from an accidental overdose.

“I had the good fortune last week to get an appointment with Rita Lampe. I had been suffering with a rather exaggerated case of anxiety that had me rattled for almost two weeks. I have PTSD and occasionally it gets triggered and manifests as anxious feelings and problems sleeping. Rita is so insightful and skilled that even on a zoom call she could tell exactly what she needed to do to help me get balanced. First and foremost I wasn’t ground despite nearly daily walks barefoot on the beach. Rita was able to help me understand that and make sure that I could ground. She could also see that my aura was in fairly bad shape and gave me some very delightful “figure 8” exercises to do on a regular basis that will help with that moving forward. I was able to record our session and that is very helpful. Rita’s generosity is delightful – she also turned me on to other Eden teachers who she is fond of widening my world considerable.
