I help adults in Pennsylvania to reconnect with their inner strengths and tune into the healing potential that therapy and energy work has to offer.

Healing is a unique and individualized journey which I believe happens on many levels—emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic. By supporting all of these levels, anyone can achieve a higher state of health. Health is multidimensional, and with increased vitality, we can feel a deeper resonance of happiness and fullness.

We all have the ability to tap into our own innate healing abilities.

It is my priority to work in partnership with my clients by holding a safe space for clients to share their stories, feel heard, and validated as the first step to holistic healing. Through collaboration, I teach my clients lots of practical skills to manage emotions, connect with their bodies, and help their mind and body find balance when triggered. I honor each person’s journey by listening closely to what works for them and respecting their individuality, sources of support and resources. All are welcome, and I provide a non-judgmental atmosphere of acceptance and safety.
